Best Learner Awards

The Best Learners are picked in Year 1 and Year 2 in order to recognise their hard work and achievements. Each will be rewarded with a special certificate and their certificate will be displayed on the ‘Best Learner’ board. They are then invited to attend a special lunch with the Deputy Headteacher the following week. 

Children can be awarded the Best Learner certificate for a variety of reasons; for example for something they have done, for persevering when faced with a challenge or displaying behaviours that are exemplary, such as our School Values. Best Learner certificates are presented by Mrs Cowell-Young during Friday afternoon's Act of Worship.
